Pat Donald is President and Lead Consultant of Synergetic Leadership Solutions. She has led large complex operations in a Fortune 100 company, as well as the Human Resources Planning and Development organization.

She is an active community leader, having served on the boards of a large number of non-profit organizations in a variety of service areas. Volunteer leadership has included serving on selection committees to identify the best managed non-profit organizations and heading Development Committees to secure major funding for nationally recognized projects.

This combination of experiences provides the platform for SLS to execute its mission of helping executives in both for profit and non-profit spaces to more effectively navigate change through building commitment and tapping into the energy and creativity of teams.
