Recent Projects
An entrepreneur who had run a successful business was considering a substantial expansion...new markets, new geographies, new partners. She wanted to establish a different business framework including financial structures and approaches to collaborating with partners in different parts of the country. Our executive coaching helped her create a new business model and strengthen her communication approaches. Within 18 months her business had increased four-fold.
The leaders of a large non-profit organization asked us to help improve employee communications. A number of changes had been introduced in this organization and it was financially and programmatically successful. However, communications was not as open as the leaders desired. Conducting a detailed assessment of the situation, we identified several significant issues to a more open environment. We designed and conducted a workshop with the Senior Leadership Team which mapped out an approach better suited to the organizational needs. This organization later received recognition for management excellence and its approach to employee communication was highlighted.
A national business organization had experienced expansion in both its membership base and reach. This caused them to rethink roles and responsibilities of staff and board. Working with the committee of the Board of Directors charged with the redesign, we helped them clarify the critical areas to address so that the new structure would serve the strategic direction of the organization. We also facilitated the Executive Committee meeting which considered the recommendations. Agreement was secured and embraced enthusiastically.
