Pat Donald is President and Lead Consultant. She has led very large field and staff operations in a Fortune 100 company, as well as headed Human Resources Planning and Development organizations.

An active community leader, she has had leadership roles on the boards of many non-profit organizations. These have included work in identifying best managed organizations, and to secure major funding for nationally recognized projects.

This combination of experiences provides the platform for SLS to execute its mission of helping executives in both for profit and non-profit spaces to navigate change by building commitment and effectively tapping into the energy and creativity of teams.
